At Extended Beauty Enterprises, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your hair extensions or other products, please review our return and exchange policy below to understand your options.
1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
• The item must be in its original, unused condition (unwashed, unaltered, and free of any styling or damage).
• The product must be returned in the original packaging with all accessories, labels, and tags attached.
• Returns and exchanges must be requested within 15 days of receiving your order. After this period, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
• Customized, personalized, or final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
2. Non-Returnable or Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene and safety reasons:
• Altared or used hair extensions
• Worn Wigs and other custom-made products
• Hair care products (glue, glue remover, etc.) once opened
• Gift cards or promotional items
3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
1. Contact Us: Email us at CEO@Extendedbeautyent.com or use our contact form on the website to notify us of your intent to return or exchange the item. Please include your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return or exchange.
2. Return Authorization: Once your request is received, we will provide you with return instructions, including an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and the return address. We may request photos of the product to help with the assessment of the return.
3. Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $500 to ensure the product arrives safely.
4. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets our return conditions, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds will typically be issued within 7-10 business days, though this may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective, incorrect item received).
• If the item was purchased using a discount or promotional code, the refund will be processed based on the final amount paid after the discount.
5. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product for a different size, color, or style, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item. If the original product is returned within our return window, we will issue a refund (excluding shipping fees) once the item is received.
6. Damaged or Defective Products
